In January, I ordered an oversized king California bed set, which I never received due to it being left at an unknown location. Thirteen days ago, Amazon promised a refund, and I still haven't received my refund.
My bank keeps saying Amazon hasn't completed the refund yet.
I have sent photos showing proof. I want my refund now.

Ive been a tremendous client Amazon, but its not taking my orders and I wanna know why.
The last couple of weeks Amazon will not take any of my purchases and Ive been using Amazon for at least 15 years and Ive been a tremendous customer and I want to know why Amazon is playing these games with me. Ive always paid and Ive never been late in the payment so Id like to know why Im being treated so terribly.

Verified ReviewerI was sent several emails notifying me that my refund has been approved and that I would receive my refund of $152.52 in 2-3 hours that was more than two weeks ago.
I get a message via email that my package had been delivered, and so I left a job that I was doing to go and pick up this package. Since I was not too far from my home at the time, I figured that I could go and get it, put it in my place, and head back to work. But when I arrived, it wasn't there, and when I asked for a picture of delivery, Amazon stated that they can't supply me with a picture.

Fire pit for deck item arrived with the glass top shattered. It cost to have it shipped to me .
I am disabled and can not handle shipping the large item back so i wanted to ask if I could just get the glass top replacement instead of refund but they wouldnt give me any option but to pay shipping and send it back.
I dont know what Im going to do. I have a broken item that I was willing to settle for just a replacement part but they dont care that I am unable to handle shipping it back.

The lady was very rude to me. She hung up on me and I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said she was a supervisor and I could not talk to no one else.
Im being a customer for over 10 years with Amazon like many people have and I did not appreciate her rudeness.
My problem was not solved. I spent over $100 on this WebCam and Id like to be contacted by Amazon.
User's recommendation: Do not shop with Amazon they sold me a WebCam for my car that was dysfunctional. The staff at customer service was rude. Kurt hung up on me and refused to let me talk to a supervisor.

Resolved: Never received package
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.
My package was delivered on the upward steps of our apartment building. I live on the bottom level.
You have to go downstairs to get to my apartment.
When I I got home, the package was no longer on the stairs and sadly whoever took it, didnt leave it at my door. As small as the package was (necklace), it couldve been delivered via USPS.

Good morning PissedConsumer so I have a issue with Amazon this time. I had bought some work boots for 215.00 at my time of purchase they said "sign up for prime and get your boots over night" so them being work boots that I really needed I did sign up.
These boots were supposed to come to my house well after 4 days the boots finally arrived not over night like they said and not to my house either. So me needing these boots I walked 7 miles to go get them since my car is broke down. Anyways I go get them and the leather cracked within 50 ft of walking in them. I called and spoke to 7 different people trying to figure out a replacement which they said they couldn't do and to walk that 7 miles again and ship them through ups which is actually even further then 7 miles so I did and then I got an email saying once they receive my boots they'll take up to 30 days to process the return and another 7 days before I see my money!!!
Can you guys please step and do something please this is ridiculous.
I was able to get the CEO email address which I'm going send him a copy of this as well. Also I'll include his email to you too.
