I had returned the amber fog lights using the box that I had bought the white fog light in. Now I'm being told that I have not returned the amber fog lights. Apparently, no one checked to see what was returned in the box.

Ok, my device serial number is GN434J0232930C7C. I haven't been able to register my Amazon tablet, and I just now got the notification that it might have been reported as stolen, but I'm pretty sure the device was purchased from a third-party seller.

However, I don't have the seller's contact info. Is there a way for y'all to help me register?

The company could most make sure that packages are packaged right and not to be freaking open when you unlock the box in my mailbox to get it on top of that the incident we previously had I I told you guys I wanted my things signed for and that yet has to be done obviously I will be calling to talk to someone in customer serivice but hire up this is unbelievable truly I want to know who delivered this ps5 red controller was supposed to be

Came out to get my mail and my mailbox was bent back in a 45 degree angle.

I looked at my front porch and saw an Amazon package. Most Amazon drivers back into my driveway and one hit my mailbox.

Damaged item received today on my order the water jar for the refrigerator was cracked. I would like a replacement.

This is the fourth thing I have gotten that has been damaged. I like Prime Video and that's the only reason I am using Amazon.

Driver turned around in rain soaked grass yard instead of ample parking pad that is obviously for that purpose. He was verbally instructed not to do this and deliberately repeated the turn around the next day causing numerous ruts in the yard. All on security camera.

2-gallon containers of liquid soap punctured in transit, leaking. The shipper put in a plastic *** which also leaked.

Amazon states the vendor was discontinued. How do I get a refund?

Box came opened and torn. One tablet coating was punctured as well. I will not give my animals anything that has been tampered with.

Two orders shipped together were delivered yesterday at a secure location which was not the case. The driver dropped the package on the side of the main highway instead of delivering to my house.

By the time I saw the notice of delivery and went to retrieve said package it was gone. On the side of the road is not a secure location by any means! Because of an irresponsible delivery,I have lost my shipment.

How do I get replacements? If you can access the photo of the do-called secure location you will plainly see it lying on the ground by the highway.

Received the wrong part. Now Amazon is saying I can't get a refund.

The part received is way smaller, so it can't be used.

Bought the comforter in August 2025. It's pale pink, which has now turned to gray with spots.

It looks terrible and needs to be replaced. I tried to contact Amazon every way possible, but to no avail.

I'm a very frequent customer on Amazon, buying almost everything we need from them. If this doesn't get resolved, I'll have to find an alternative place to shop.
