Took money off my card without permission

Took money off my card and didnt want to refund me had me call me bank for it and Amazon hung up on me on several occasions

User's recommendation: Do not put you’re card on Amazon.

I ORDERED a charger for. My scooter and a set of. Mirrors for. My bike. The delivery guy dropped off. a book. My neighbor. Ordered. From you. Guys took a. Picture of his door and downloaded it to my. Unable to get an email to you! I dont have an Amazon account but thought you would like to see an email sent out on your behalf. I am nearly sure it is a fake email. I suppose you dont care if these are being sent out to your customers and others.

I ordered a desktop computer and they took the payment and canceled my order and didn't refund me by money back they told me 5 to 10 business days it been that and I still haven't got my payment in full back it was $327.93 And I'm still waiting for my refund
