I ordered and paid for a ten-inch chest freezer and got a five-inch chest freezer. I was charged $382.00.

My kids took the freezer out of the box before I got home. How can I return this freezer and get the correct freezer or my parcel refund for this tiny freezer?

Your drivers don't know how to follow instructions. I've made several calls about this.

A healthy maybe 25 year old young man with no respect for peoples property! I put the gated both sides of my U-shaped driveway because people using my driveway to turn around would always drive on the lawn and leaving deep ruts!

These sheets are so thin and fragile--almost like paper--they began fraying and wearing out after only four uses of one week each, even showing holes in the pillowcases (see photo). The elastic on the fitted sheet is so useless that even with sheet straps it bunches and comes off the mattress.

Amazon should not be selling this terrible product. Avoid!

I ordered a PlayStation 5 from Amazon, but it arrived opened before it got to me. The PlayStation box arrived unpacked, but I cannot return the Sony because I am traveling abroad to study as a student. I hope you find a solution as soon as possible because we know Amazon is a great store and helps its customers, but what happened to me was really very unfortunate.

When I open my package, the case inside was empty but I called customer service and they resolved my problem waiting on your package

I got it, and it didn't work, so I let it sit for a little and tried again. It still didn't work. I called Amazon; all they did was have a stupid robot that didn't help me at all.

The call was good everything went well I wasnt angry but the guy they gave the phone to was getting angry and I dont kno why.

I ordered a sectional L-shaped sofa, paid for the sectional, and got a love seat from the seller. I had paid extra to get it installed and noticed at the end that since it came in pieces, I wouldn't have known until assembled that it was the wrong item.

They were supposed to refund my card, but they still haven't done it. Total BS.

They had refunded my money for a previous order, but for the order in question, which was never delivered, they haven't refunded my money. Screw these ***

My Order Of Granulated Sugar Was Delivered On March 31St And The Receptionist The Front Desk Sent It Back Because She Didn't Recognize The Persons Name On The Account So There For It Was Returned.So A Refund Was Issued, And Put On A Gift Card.The Account Is Under My Sisters Name Which Is Vicky Cisneros But My Name Is Jamie.
