I received a card in the mail asking for a review of the Fit watch. I sent the order number, a screenshot, and did a review, but I did not receive a $16 gift card.

Was told several times that I would get reimbursed by an agent in the end I was not.
If I knew I wasn't going to get reimbursed I would have opened the package and try to make it smaller, so the shipping would've been more affordable. Have prime membership can and couldn't see what the company actually paid for shipping because it says zero, but I paid over $100 to return the package.

I ordered an Oculus charging station for my grandson. It was supposed to be delivered on December 10th.
They said my payment was declined, so I fixed it. It is supposed to be here on the 13th, yet they are still telling me the payment was declined. However, I have my receipt that shows it was completed. I was told I would get a full refund, but now they said I would not be getting my refund.
I paid $31.28 and I want either my money back or the product I ordered. It's a present for my grandson.
I'm really upset and angry. It's not right what they did.

I already called the company and I got absolutely nowhere with them. I was on the phone with them for over an hour, talked to several agents who were unhelpful bc I am hearing impaired and I had to keep asking them to repeat things.
I was hung up on 4 times. Please if you don't speak English very well why in God's name are you a C's agent?
After bringing the box in, I noticed it was damaged both on the side and bottom so I wanted to see what the contents looked like. OMG, I wish I hadn't bc there was absolutely no packing material in my the box and the pop tarts were completely smashed bc they were on the bottom along with my licorice On top of them was cereal, a box of 24 pouches of applesauce, 6 cans of chunky soup and a gallon bottle of juice. It looked like everything had just been thrown in the box. Everything was damaged in some way.
Pop Tarts were completely smashed, cereal boxes crushed, licorice mashed, ECT. I called Amazon and spoke to someone called Oscar who told me I would get a refund. 5 days later I still haven't gotten it so I called them and 4 times they hung in up on me. I even sent them pictures of some of the items and the outside box.
That wasn't good enough. The ones I spoke with wanted pictures of every single item and more pictures of the box. I don't keep boxes bc I have limited space so they get broken down and taken to the dumpster. I was shuffled from agent to agent with no success.
They were not going to refund my money despite the fact that I have a confirmation email to the contrary. So I don't know what to do now.

I received this email, but no refund. After multiple calls, I'm being told it was misinformation/false promise. How is that okay? Why would one agent say something's done when it isn't and once pointed out, why is it that the supervisors don't care to do anything about it?

1~21~25 finally spoke to someone a couple of days ago that knows how to make things happen hopefully. She said after reviewing all of the chat/correspondence she was going to recommend a full refund!
An in 5 to 7 business days my checking account should reflect reimbursement! So, we'll see♂️
I placed an order on December 27th for 5 items, and received 4 fairly quickly. I stopped the delivery of the 5th item on January 10th, 2025, after it supposedly sat for 4 days at the post office.
The post office was closed for 2 of those days due to holidays, yet according to the tracking number, it was out for delivery. Now, bear in mind, I never received this package that was marked undeliverable.
According to Amazon's policy, my refund may be subject to partial payment due to damage, which I had nothing to do with. This constitutes very bad business practices!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.
My first call when the rep couldnt help me and I asked for a supervisor he hung up on me. I am a very good customer as can be seen by my history.
I was absolutely furious after being held on hold for over 30 minutes. I called back and spoke to Vaishnavi. She very quickly pleasantly and efficiently took care of my issue. She was wonderful and should be commended.
Im sorry I didnt get the first reps name. He should be fired

I ordered a pallet of opened items returned to Amazon. I received a single item - earbuds that look like Apple but do not indicate this on the packaging.
One item does not constitute a pallet! I want my money back but reaching them is sketchy at best.
Finally, from the Facebook ad, I was led to believe that I would be dealing with Amazon Outlet. Nope!

"Always a bad shopping experience" The definition of insanity is attempted the same thing over and over, hoping for a different outcome. If you don't like your generic tarts crushed again, shop elsewhere.
My way-- A success because I managed to get the entire amount of the order refunded. So it might have taken longer, but I achieved my objective and that's what I was after. Moral: The squeaky wheel always gets greased.

you are in good company. FIRSt: Amazon has been turning into a nightmare for the past 2 years.
ever so slowly, boxes 25 x bigger than items being shipped, with little to no packing. things arriving broken. in the past, we were able to cancel on the site, get a refund. the NEW methods Amazon employs is to combine your orders , deliver some of them, and then tell you that you can't cancel, while they are sitting on your cash - NO refund, No ability to CANCEL!
- it's like they just hang on to your money as long as they can --- sickening. not to mention the 9 times I had to Get on a phone support call and spend hours trying to get the items refunded and more importantly CANCELLED! (OTHERWISE: they told me I should wait for the delivery some time in the future --- and then return it for a refund (that takes 5 - 7 days )...
I am so done. have been ordering on Walmart site - might take a few days longer to arrive but hey, it shows up - and if you want to return it, there's a walmart a few miles away --- ridiculous!
I've become Amazon's worst nightmare bc I'm hearing impaired and I take exception to how disabled people are treated not just by Amazon but by every big company. When I get treated like crap and I don't say anything about it, that's like saying that I'm condoning what they do and I'm not okay with it especially after I go through the trouble of sending photographic evidence to back up my statements.
I'm not going to waste my time being politically correct when they hung up on me 4 times especially when I didn't do anything to warrant it. I emailed their corporate office and yesterday I got an answer from them. They say they're going to give me a refund but I've heard that one before from one of their customer service reps. In fact, I have a confirmation email from that same rep saying I was going to get a full refund.
Well, that was more than 5 days ago and no refund. When I called them, that's when all the trouble started. I will wait and see if I actually get the refund but I don't have much faith that I will. What I have started doing is drastically reducing the amount of money I spend on Amazon.
We have a Walmart in town and although it takes longer, they're more likely to accommodate me. It's also easier to return something if I need to. I have to keep my Amazon membership bc I get medical supplies that Walmart doesn't have or is too expensive. My pen needles are 8.98 on Amazon for 100 and locally they are $40.
Big difference. But I'm not shopping there as much as I did.
As a hearing impaired person myself, I'd like to ask why you think the telephone would be your best option ? It is the worst for me. No need to scream in print with the all capital letter format, either.
