Ref order number 405-7505138-546110 This message sent to Amazon: Ref order number 405-7505138-5461102 I did not hear the door bell ring. The delivery boy did not phone me to say that he had arrived. He opened the gate BY HIMSELF, pushed the package in and left. I found the package later when I came out. Now this is not an acceptable mode of delivery. To put it in context,you should not be opening anyone's gate without permission. What's more,we have 5 dogs. They could bite him as an intruder. They could run out and get run over. Please record this incident and take necessary action. Further, opening the gate and entering the premises is a gross violation of Covid 19 protocols. Rajive Lall.

Amazon - Kindle Fire problem

I received a quick response from Amazon and the problem was fixed. I now have another problem with the same Kindle Fire. When I turn it on I get the Kindle Fire logo with the wavy line. No matter what I do I can't get it to advance. It keeps the wavy line until it times out and shuts off.

The inability of the driver to leave my package and when I received the text I texted back in less than a minute. Also my delivery date was changed approximately 3 times. I appreciate you all serving and I dont want to sound ungrateful. What can I do to make deliveries easier? I can meet the driver next time? I want to help.
