Amazon taken money and I do not have a account

Claim # 5407920 Reference # 1818608499 On August 10th and September 7th Amazon.com took 14.26 out of my account for Amazon prime. I contacted Amazon and told them I do not have a Amazon prime account with them, they looked it up and agreed with me they also told me there is no record of the 14.26 on my account they told me to call my cards bank and talk to them. When I called Skylight they said I should cancel that card and order a new one thats what I did. I just want my money back and to make sure this will not happen again.

I bought a $200 Amazon gift card today 8/31/2019 at 3:13 p.m. and sent it to my girlfriend at 3:25 p.m. . She went to activate the card and the card has already been activated at 10:31 p.m. the night before. Where I bought it was Walgreens, Saint Helens Oregon and they will do nothing about it I'm out $200

Amazon - Firestick Not ready for prime time

I have had 2 firesticks and 1 Roku and now a Roku TV. The Firesticks work, but as soon as you put other apps on it like Sling, and a few others you notice issues. Screen freezing, it stops and drops Sling all together. Sound glitches on pause, slow motion sound and video, etc. The biggest problem I see is when you complain to Amazon the tech support area confirms it has issues, and then says they are working on fixes. But in 2 yrs of having the fire sticks only 1 update every came thru, and it didn't really change anything. Amazon should hire more people that will care about making better products, and keeping up with change. Now I have a smart TV , I have no issues at all... Wonder why that is?

I'm sorry to hear that this is still going on. I was banned in August of last year, don't know why.

Gave up on the idea of being reinstated after emailing the jeff@amazon email and then getting the same canned response I'd gotten when they'd banned me. Wasn't a top reviewer, had never even been offered a discount or refund for a review. I was a longtime Prime member, had subscribe and save autoshipments, Kindle Unlimited. Cancelled them all, and since then the only things I ever buy on Amazon are ebooks, and things I haven't found anywhere else.

Otherwise, my business all went to Chewy.com, Walmart.com, and eBay. Even found a couple of my previous favorite Amazon sellers on eBay as well.

I really liked Amazon and would have remained a loyal customer, but I really don't like being accused of (and penalized for) something I haven't done. Especially when Amazon reaped the benefit of people like us taking the time to leave an honest review in the first place.

Amazon refuses to use reliable delivery service.

I am an Amazon Prime member. I also live aboard a boat. This complicates package delivery. There are package lockers available for USPS, but other carriers need to leave packages at the marina office. UPS, FedEx, etc. are generally aware of this, but Amazon's own delivery service is more random. I have a recurring problem with packages going missing. Sometimes they are dropped at the wrong address, sometimes they disappear forever. Amazon could avoid this by only using UPS or USPS, but they are deaf to my pleas to do this. I am letting my Prime membership lapse, because it no longer provides the fast, reliable delivery that was the primary motivation for joining.
