I bought an item that said like new, and it far from like new. I need to use it tomorrow but want partial refund because of condition. Have pics ! 50% ill keep as long as it doesn't affect the non-stick surface. I am not pissed in fact any issue I have had with something I ordered your customer service has given me superior

User's recommendation: Like new is only never used but sent back.. like new and clean also i would not even give this very good.. good at best i think evaluating these better could save alot for all.

Kindle not charging

An hour and I got hung up on. 52 minutes actually. Wouldnt want to exaggerate. Specifically told her to call me back if we got disconnected. Stilllllll waiting. *** poor service.

I am upset because I purchase a gift card

I purchased an Amazon gift card at the Dollar General store when I tried to use the card it was already used. This has been happening to me at different stores and locations. I need my $100 and I would appreciate if you give me my refund.

Damaged item

I purchased a tent for me and my 2 boys to go camping with our Boy Scout troop. We decided to open it today to see how easy it was going to be. Well it had 2 holes in the bottom of it. Let's back up to how it arrived in an opened box with a single layer of tape around the middle of the box. Why do I pay for prime when I get damaged items that have been previously opened? I'm seriously thinking about closing my prime account because I see no advantage of paying $11.99 a month. Where are the benefits for being a prime member? I don't see any!

Item delivered to wrong address

I received a message saying my item was delivered, but the photo included was of someone else's front door. There is no easy way to let Amazon know this has happened, which is nearly as frustrating as realizing some illiterate moron couldn't bother to be sure they had the right address.

Received 2 separate orders today and each order was missing an item. It was difficult to get through the computer to get an operator

Third party seller on Amazon

Bought a boxing bag and gloves from an Amazon third-party seller and for 2 weeks I have been trying to return it. the seller will not send me a paid label and insists on me shipping it back at my cost. However, this item was noted that it is the buyers' responsibility to ship back at buyers' cost. Amazon listed this item and I asked them to intervene but so far it has been the same banter: I complain to amazon, amazon sends to the seller my request for a paid shipping label and the seller sends back an address without a paid label. and we keep going around in a circle with Amazon refusing to intervene

Order not recieved

My expected delivery date for the bag I purchased was Sept. 27, 2021 unfortunately, I haven't recieved the item until this day. it's been more than a month since I purchased it. Can anyone tell me what happen? I tried to contact the seller thru the process from order section but i never get a response.

2 package I didn't receive

I had 2 order. I pick a Amazon Hub Locker, so I thought it was Hub Locker. The driver call me about one of my order which he was kind to do a courtesy call. The second package was left there. So I know I want see it. I call customer service to see what was going on, which she did an excellent job. She found out it wasn't a Amazon Hub Locker. She cancel my order with a refund and for me to reorder. Which I was find with that. This is where my problem is. I go to reorder to find out one of my items which was $29.99 is now $34.99. Now I want nothing. I am *** off because it wasn't my fault but a miss understanding with my delivery.

I would like to get my order at the same price when I purchase it the first time. I will not reorder unless I get it for the same price. I am getting a refund it just the price of one of my order went up.

Order delivery time

The company still charged me a $20 stop shipment fee instead of delivering it , at which time my neighbor said hed take it to UPS for return which would have only cost me under $6. I was truly hoping for a full refund as I purchased the same item from Amazon which had arrived in two days vs this one that was ordered back on Oct 3 and still had not been delivered before I left town on Oct 10 th, 2021!

Unhappy Amazon customer. Found out after going to 3 different UPS places that I could not return my European bed frame because it is a 3rd party company.

I have spent thousands at Amazon and feel you should give me a $100 credit due to this European bedframe taking 3 hours to put together and some pieces missing. Nuts and bolts. Turns out I would have to pay for shipping and it weighs about 50-60 lbs. I think that is unreasonable. If you valued me as a customer you should give $100 credit.

Shipping

So far since Amazon started using their own drivers, I have yet to have anything shipped to the right address. 10 items (so far) delivered to the wrong address. What's the use of having Prime If I have to drive to the other side of town to get my packages.
