long story short amazon ripped me off sold me days gone ps4 game that doesn't work when playing the game it freezes up and no sound they sent me out another game same thing so now I have 2 defected games I cant play when I called about asking to send me out a brand new game they got rude and nasty customer service was loud people screaming in the background said we refuse to help u anymore wow is that how u treat your customers so I filed a complaint with the BBB !!!!!

Details
Laptop purchased December 2018, returned within 3 days, never used. Issued a refund, within 10 days. Four months later Amazon rebills the credit card, saying they never received item back. Now, the mailing receipt is expired, they claim it is invalid...refuse to refund the the $349.99. Now, interest for item for 9 months and Capital One is involved. They do nothing, except side with Amazon....won't be paying the balance of credit card. Sue me, Cap. One I wish they would.

These complaints always seem so odd to me. First off, my Amazon packages always come directly from UPS or FedEx, or from a Prime courier....never USPS.

Second, any time I have had a delay in a Prime package I have received a $25 gift card as compensation for the delay, even if it was only a day.

Customer service online via e-mail is extremely simple and I always have a response within 24 hours. Maybe I just live in a better delivery area?

If your acknowledgements show your order shipping via UPS or USPS there is a pretty good chance you will get them on time. Seem like their big problem is when they handle the delivery themselves. They seem to loose a lot more orders than they should.

Why are people calling for customer service? I see complaint after complaint about the cs when calling in.

I do it online via e-mail and have a response in less than 24 hours with complaint resolved every time. Get with the computer program folks.

All, and I repeat ALL large corporations now have terrible customer service. Amazon is a giant and usually, things go well with them, even though they seem to rely on the USPS for deliveries and ignore it's unreliability.

They may or may not eventually get back to you.

Good luck. Find another online retailer to shop with.

Hi, I do not know which country you are using Amazon under but the site you use should have same as the UK one. Search for the About Exchanges & Replacements and it tells you what you need to know about replacements

I ordered a chaise lounge with a guaranteed delivery date of Mon Aug 19th. It didn't show up - maybe it will show by FRI . So now I have to take TWO DAYS OFF OF WORK TO WAIT FOR IT WITH NO PAY! I took Monday off and sat at home waiting until 8 pm - because it was guaranteed to be there. Amazon's response was to tell ME TO CALL THE CARRIER and OOPS SORRY. This is the third order in 30 days that they have screwed me over on.

I ordered 4 RIDDEX Electronic Pest Repellers that plugs into walls. Paid for RIDDEX brand. I received 4 electronic repellers but they were not RIDDEX. They sent a brand made in China called NOASTORE. The packing slip statedd just like RIDDEX as seen on TV. I do not like Amazon swapping brand name products for one I did not ordered. If I ordered and paid price for RIDDEX brand, then I should have received what I ordered.
