Amazon - Worst pathetic service

Dear team At the first when globally lockdown is there but still work from home had been implemented by most of the companies but shocking to see amazon was completely out of the show during lockdown .I must have tried to contact via call or chat more than 100 times complained but no response. My number is 917738003107 and Arvind jha is my name of Amazon account with prime membership which shall expire accordingly on oct 27 2020.But it's more than 60 days my account is hacked with no more prime membership and some other person name is reflecting named as Aarya. I was unable to use during the entire lockdown with disappointing service I would appreciate even after 70 days amazon feels the courtesy to reply Arvind Jha 917738003107

Amazon - I was checking my acct as i am sight impaired

i bought a 50 dollar gift card for some one and it said would go out shortly so i waited and got cut off so i tried to log back in a couple times then the next day i got a note from them saying i had to much activity on my acct and they would not send it. Heck i am 70 yrs old a combat vet and yes i have sight problems and that was the reason i was checking to see if it went out.

User's recommendation: i am not impressed with amazon and their ideas of democracy.

Amazon - Trying to get a refund

Details
Bought 8 solar panels and one was all broken. Sent it back on April 26th. Amazon received it May 4th as it had to be back before the end of May and still they say they haven't got it, on their website, so no refund.

Purchased product from Amazon Australia, it failed to arrive, apparently 3rd party seller ? that sells under their umbrella and is paid from Amazon, but they now refuse a refund under some BS A-to-z..ippo refund or responsibility...... Amazon, Jeff Bozo and his Chinese suppliers are all crooks !

User's recommendation: Avoid Amazon, purchase local...from actual store or one with actual products and refund guarantee.

I didnt receive my package that I was supposed to get on Monday! When the order was placed, I was told that it would be here between May 22 - 25. I was told on Tuesday when the package didnt arrive that it would arrive yesterday. It didnt. I have been trying to contact Amazon for more than an hour with no results
