Amazon could not offer a refund of the restocking fee, but they refunded my entire Prime payment for the year, but left Prime active. This was a very good solution and I am very pleased.

I bought a phone from ur website and after sometime, it was felled in water so i return it back as the phone is water proof and its was not working after this accident so i returned it back to Amazon and i received response from seller which was not understandable but ignoring all previous, actually my main complain that i request to return my phone back as i will fix it outside, but my phone was never back, Im waiting more than 2 weeks and every time i called customer service i faced unskilled, unprofessional and untrained people especially from Egypt make me regret that i called them, they always give excuses said the delay was happened because of the issue between the delivery company and amazon ???!

Same happened to me! I called and reported it and they filed a complaint with review board, then I got an automated response from the review board stating they carefully reviewed my account and found I was in violation.

Well it was obvious to me that was b.s. and this was a form letter so I replied to it stating: clearly you did NOT carefully review my account because if you had you would see I was innocent and restored my account!!! About 7 days later they replied saying my reviews and privileges were restored. I replied directing them to this site and letting them know this was a huge problem and not isolated.

So don’t give up! You have to complain at least twice before a human gets involved.
