Same here. I was in the top 10,000 reviewers and have been a long time customer writing very thoughtful reviews with video and photos.

I took reviewing seriously as I know it helps me to understand the product more due to the reviews. I wanted to be part of the community by writing reviews to help others. Then one day all my reviews were gone. They won't even respond to tell me which review violated their guidelines or why?

I cannot even ask a question now regarding a product. I have also just went through rounds of interviews for a position at Amazon. I have been very loyal to Amazon for countless years, and even pursued a position at corporate. Now I just simply have a bad taste in my mouth about the company et al.

We have paid for prime since it was offered. I wrote 100s of reviews.

Maybe they should have looked at how they gave out vouchers to sellers and realize it was Amazon that is at fault here and not the reviewers. I am beyond disappointed that they are all gone.

We put in "delivery directions" in our Amazon profile. Do these lazy, dumb, incompetent Amazon delivery idiots read our delivery instructions?

Read it, imbeciles! I have gate codes, turn instructions, and building codes all in there. Give consumers the option to choose Amazon or UPS/FEDEX in order page!

Amazon could not offer a refund of the restocking fee, but they refunded my entire Prime payment for the year, but left Prime active. This was a very good solution and I am very pleased.

I am interested in the 2-in-1 tablet & Phone, I wanted to hear about how it works, not the condition of the box it came in. Has anyone used the phone and LIKED it?

It received 5 stars in the description online. I am a 77 yr senior, I must have a phone that is easy to understand, and use. I am still thinking that I want to try the phone. As long as it doesn't explode or catch fire.

I thought the price is more than reasonable.

I have had several phones, and the only thing I have wished for, is that it does what the instructions says it can do. I'll give it a try, and get back to you.
