I purchased a bunk bed for my son which was the wrong color. I contacted Amazon customer service representative who insured my return/refund request went through and to sit item back outside so return could be possible.
It has been 3wks now box has been slightly damaged and rained on. I reach back out to Amazon a claim was made and denied in 24hrs after I was told yea I see where it was suppose to be picked up and money refunded!!Mind you I spent $703.08 and asked if I would take a $60 credit not to return after just being promised but also insured that everything was in good to go and in process!!!
Monetary Loss: $703.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Amazon Pros: I had no problem first time.
Amazon Cons: Inflexible return policy.
