THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE, I DEMAND TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER OF AMAZON

AS A VALUE CUSTOMER, I SHOULD BE TREATED ALOT BETTER THAN THIS

I SPEND ALOT OF MONEY HERE AT AMAZON AND I EXPECT TO RECEIVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE..

IT HAS BEEN MANY TIMES THAT I'VE SPENT $1500 AT A TIME ON YOUR WEBSITE

CHECK MY RECORD TO CONFIRM !!!

ZALEEKA DID NOT TRY TO HELP ME AND FIND A SOLUTION TO MY DILEMMA, INSTEAD SHE JUST TOLD ME TO WAIT 2 DAYS

SHE NEEDS ADDITIONAL TRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE GOING FORWARD

I ALSO ASK HER FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE NAME THAT TRANSFER ME TO HER OFFICE AND SHE STATED THAT ITS MILLIONS OF PEOPLE THAT WORK AT AMAZON

I THEN ASK HER TO JUST SIMPLY LOOK AT THE PHONE CALL AND IT WOULD SHOW HER

SHE REFUSED AND SAID THAT SHE WOULDN'T PROVIDE ME WITH A REFUND

I BELIEVE THAT WE ARE ALL HERE ON THIS EARTH TO HELP EACH OTHER, $58 DOLLARS IS NOT ALOT OF MONEY FOR A 56 BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY

I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING WITH THIS COMPANY AND I WILL INFORM MY MILLIONS OF FOLLOWERS TO STOP SHOPPING HERE AS WELL IF I DONT HEAR FROM THE OWNER IF AMAZON TODAY BEFORE 5PM
