I ordered a plant for a friend to be delivered when I found out two minutes after I place the order she already had that plant I canceled I was told I could not cancel the order which is utterly ridiculous I called customer service and spoke to a supervisor Gisele who said she was going to contact the carrier to have the item returned to Amazon when I double checked a couple of days later she did not do so . I asked for an English speaking rep he could not understand me and I could not understand him.
He transferred to the US and the rep got the carrier on the line and she said she would have the item returned to Amazon. There in lies the problem - language.
I will wait until the 16th before I make a decision if this transaction was handled properly and if not we will part ways and I will not go quietly. I will let you know.
