Sir I placed an order for iBall 590 GH Hob Toughened Glass 4 Burner Top Gas Stove. But your courier agent refused to deliver the product, which I complained to your customer care agent on 27/06/2021, your customer care agent assured me to get the product delivered by evening on 27/06/2021 gave.

Trusting the assurance of the customer care agent, I made the link payment of the said product 10353=00 through my icici bank credit card whose tracking id is - 264290****77. But still the courier agent did not deliver my product. Then I asked about my product through chat in your customer care on 28/06/2021, then I was asked to wait for 2 to 3 days, when I paid for the said product. But still my product was having problem in delivery.

Then I got upset and requested for payment refund by canceling the order. Your product is returned but my payment is not refunded yet. While it has been 14 days since the payment, now I think that amazon is cheating with me about payment, or has cheated with me by sending payment link.

I am attaching payment txn received please check and get my payment refunded. Otherwise, now I will have to file a case against Amazon in consumer court.
