I have a Fire TV 2 gen. I ordered a replacement remote, but it did not work.
I call customer service and explain to him that is not compatible and if he could place the order for the correct one. The remote was delivered, but just by looking on it is the same remote what I have previously ordered, so once again I call customer service and explain ,he tried to get it to work but no success.
He then went ahead to see if he could find a compatible remote that will work but no luck. I will now have to return the remote for the second time in less than a week and get stuck with my phone as a remote which sucks and its just frustrating to put your phone on speaker to talk to friends and family while maneuvering through your stations and I dont want to purchase another fire tv or stick..any solutionTo my situation?
