SO I SENT THEM A BANK STATEMENT THREE DIFFERENT TIMES I EMAILED THEM ONE RIGHT AWAY WHEN IT HAPPENED AND TWO OTHER TIMES I SENT THEM UPDATED EMAIL STATEMENTS AND I TRIED TO SEND THEM ONE TODAY AND THEY WEREN'T EVEN TRYING TO LISTEN TO ME

That's the first time I bought it online and I also have the bank statement where the bank contacted my mom about the two charges on her account which total $311 so they charge the first time $155 and some idiot cancel it and you should refund and then charge it the next day 155 more dollars to complete the order and they said that the first one was refunded and the money has never gotten back

Amazon decided someone that works there decided to cancel my order and issue a refund and then I guess fix it or whatever they did and try to charge me again later I never got the refund so they charge my mother's account $311 they charge me $155 on the 7th of April didn't charge me another $155 on the 8th of April and then they're trying to explain it away they're not going to explain nothing away they canceled the payment and each of the refund and then charge me a second time to complete the order I never got the refund the money never reflected back in the balance.

User's recommendation: I'm going to go on Facebook and Twitter and I'm going to see who else this has happened to so we can sue Amazon.
