Had two representatives with very thick accents that clearly did not understand my English as I am American, and I was also having trouble understanding them both representatives I had to explain the situation over and over, and both got it wrong what I was asking for. That is because Amazon does not make sure representatives from other countries clearly know how to speak and understand English before they hire them.

This is been an ongoing problem with Amazon customer service that many USA customers complain about since its been going on for years. Finally, in desperation, I asked to speak to a USA Amazon representative very respectfully as that is my rightBOTH representatives hung up on me

User's recommendation: Stand your ground…ask for someone you can communicate with.
