I never got the order to my house and I supposed to get my money but I have not. And this what they respond

Dear customers Hello, sorry for not replying to your message in time because yesterday I took my daughter to the hospital.

We have refunded you the money for the lost table. I don't know if you have seen this refund. It's on 3.22. We are sorry that we did not bring you a good shopping experience.

We sincerely apologize. But our store is facing huge problems because of your claim, can you help us remove this claim? I rely on this shop to support my daughter's medical bills and school fees. I didn't get any child support after my divorce from her father.
