Dear sir my issue with regarding refund. Refund issued but not reflecting in my account, my bank wants RRN number but Amazon

customer team is only giving date and date from last 6th December 21 due to this i am facing many problems with my credit card below message received from amazon team Amazon

I've set a reminder to call you back on 28nd December, 2021 regarding our conversation today.

Since the concerned team hasn´t given an update yet on the TT raised regarding your RRN issue for the amount of Rs.

20990 and Rs. 20990 for order IDs ending with 9147 and 7962. The Late fees (Rs. 4140) was applied by bank because payment is not settle so raised the new TT for RRN and Late Fees.

I would request you to please wait till 27th December, 2021 because by that time the concerned team will provide an update on your RRN.

And on 10th January is the last billing date for the cards so we are try to solve the as soon as possible.

I´ll be calling you to give you an update on the same that day.
