I have had horrible customer service for over a month while trying to get refunded for items that were ztolen after being delivered to the middle of the street. I have filed the incident report as requested, although i dont see why it's necessary, since the driver took a picture of the items in question sitting in the middle of the road-in my incident report, ive included every piece of information you could possibly need-yet i keep getting the same rude response :"dont include information that is irrelevant, this report is invalid because of the format, blah blah blah " ive been more than patient but im feeling as though im not being heard. Ive canceled my prime account, all i want is the money im owed for the items i never recieved because of the driver's negligence, and believe me i wont be putting myself through this again
