I realize we are in an a very serious situation right now but damn. My card was charged even before my items shipped (which is odd) and then my order was cancelled. Yet I was still charged.

I went to contact the Amazon seller but they are not even listed. Shocking! Tried to write a review but Amazon won't let me write a review. They said they have noticed odd behavior with this listing; ya think?!? I have never had this many issues dealing with Amazon.

Phone customer service is down. No email support. Who the *** am I suppose to talk to you or get into contact with them?

Billion dollar company yet I have to run through *** hoops just to get back my $15.99? I am contacting my card customer service.

I know $15.99 is not a lot of money but right now I need all I need.

User's recommendation: Don't become a customer.
