I called amazon due to the fact of zeanus write 2 things out of guidelines they are not suppose to do. 1 ask you to remove your negative feedback.

The feedback is to make your decision based on reviews. If the seller asks for you to remove it. They are breaching a contract with amazon.

Another issue is though zeanus refused to replace a part on 12/21/2021 due to the business refunded me a full refund. Then failed to tell me that i am out of warranty.

It has to be paid for during the payment they received. Now mind you. I did not know about the warranty being voided. Please read the guidelines of amazon.

Well i called customer service and reported them for the business side (rude comment) then the seller asking to remove negative comments in the feedback.

The sellers should never ask you as a consumer that. That is your business to let people decide if you should buy the product or not.

You have rights on amazon. Do not let the seller tell you or ask you to remove a honest review. They should not be unprofessional as zeanus was after the bbb closed the books if you will on this.

Please read the guide line of amazon before you get on. These will help know your rights as consumers.
