Amazon - Product was damage.
The product I purchase was a kitchen console. Very heavy, the seller wanted me to pay to return the product or offer me $20.00 to keep the product.
UPS charge $100.00 to return, the seller wanted me to pay for that. I was very upset with their process. Amazon listened to my complaint and jump in and refund my money. I am so thankful, I am somewhat new to ordering.
Amazon has been very easy to work with on returns and making return items stress-free. This is my first time dealing with having to pay for a product. Thank you, Amazon, for will to do what it takes to save a customer.
I will go forward make sure I understand return process. l have never paid for a return.
