Amazon - PRODUCT NOT RECEIVED, CC CHARGED TWICE!
Silly me! I thought it would be a good idea to order a book from Amazon.
They shipped the book to an incorrect address. Then I asked for a refund and they charged my credit card another charge. So I now have TWO CHARGES AND STILL NO REFUND! Amazon just doesn't care about customers.
I have talked to Amazon Customer Service twice and they assure me I will get a refund, but all they did was charge my card AGAIN.
They are not interested in correcting this. I have been an Amazon customer for many years, but they no longer care about their customers and they treat customers as numbers to be herded around and they do not care about taking care of customers.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $14.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Amazon Cons: Customer service they do not speak english and do not help.
