Signed up for Prime and then placed two Prime orders to be delivered in two days. On the delivery day, received messages that delivery was “attempted” but failed.
Huh? Never had this problem. Came home to find one item had been delivered after all in mailbox. Contacted Amazon who apologized and offered a partial refund with delivery for the other item the next day.
Then received a message that the refunded item was to be returned. Contacted Amazon again and they decided to cancel the entire order, and I had to reorder.
If I’m lucky, I’ll get the second item two days late. If I’m unlucky, I’ll pay 1.5 to 2 times the price for it to be late.
