Took 4 months to get Amazon/Syncrony bank to finally get the change to my banking info for auto payment. My bank TCF went belly up and I had to find another bank.

Syncrony/Amazon keep trying to pull from dead bank account. I talked to Customer service 4 times with new banking info yet they screwed up. Amazon cut my credit limit in half, dinged my credit record. And my payment is rediculuously high!

Had another Syncrony account Care Credit and had no problems changing the bank info for auto pay. Ive stopped using Amazon and will continue to avoid them as a result of Amazon/Syncronys fed up billing!!

User's recommendation: Don’t get an Amazon store card. They can’t get their “auto billing” straight!!
