I am very sorry to state that I requested for refund of one of my products which was a damaged product that I received on 11-4-2022. However I have requested for refund of the said item being too late I called at the customer care and they have rescheduled it on 19th April.But its very unfortunate that the delivery boy instead of turning out at the resident for pick up he raised an issue that the room was locked. I would like to mention that such a kind of false allegations is shameful for a reputed company like Amazon.

Stating this i request Amazon to consider the matter seriously.Its not an issue of refund but it's an issue of false allegations on behalf of a customer.

User's recommendation: Customers should raise their issues without any hesitation because many a time it's notthe fault of company but the fault of the staff .So it's our duty to let know the company the problem we face sometimes.

Preferred solution: Apology.
