I placed an order from amazon. It was promised to be on time. I am a prime member. I received an email saying to compensate me they were giving me my money back. They said they found the order and it would be shipped no charge to me. Guess what they said the compensation would be to receive my own money back as a refund. so much for compensation and trust with amazon. I sent a letter to the vice president of customer relations and the vice president of public relations. Lets see what they think of their employees. An weither customers can trust their word. my name is joseph DiMaggio.

Ordered through amazon and never received product

I never received this order and they refuse to refund or send a replacement. I am a long time Amazon customer and this is the first time this has ever happened to me. This outfit is a third-rate outfit with just lousy customer service. This is what happens to when you subcontract your customer service to India. They don't have a clue. Don't ever and I mean ever buy from these people. forget these people they are not very bright and they certainly could care less about the customer and making good on mistakes they made. I am contacting the BBB as well.
