New ReviewerAmazon I close my account I've been fighting with them for 6 days it will not open my account I uploaded all my statements billing information address card verification everything there was two transactions three excuse me three transactions take it out of my account for a good amount of money and they close my account so the transactions went through and I have no item and I have no money back in my car so I called back to talk to him tonight to ask him if I can get this taken care of because it's been six days after they put a 24 hour hold on my account it was ridiculous so I called Amazon and see if I can close but to get refunded bc I found those charges Amazon told me they're going to try to get me refunded but being that my account is closed it's going to be hard well I didn't authorize these charges you guys Amazon close my account not my fault not my problem. I just want to get some help with this and close my damn account and get my damn money back is that so hard it's been it's been 7 days a week after you told me only 24-hour hold I sent them several emails in the beginning and I still can't get no help stay away from Amazon they're not worth it
