What is the delay in getting this sorted out despite a wait time of 2 weeks where returns usually get picked up within 2 days!
I understand something has been done in writing and still the order is getting automatically rescheduled to the next day every time. It was mentioned that it was a technical system issue, then why is it not solved even after having a written complaint outside of the system?
Even address pin code was changed as per supervisor advise to ensure this gets handled professionally and promptly by a different agent, but still issue is same!
After all yesterday it was guaranteed like refund could be initiated based on multiple failure attempts to complete the return, but sadly that was not met as well. Why is it dragging like this to give such a bad experience?
