The gentleman who picked up my package was very nice. Good thing, however, I was home because he said if I was not at home he would not have taken both packages after I clearly told the rep a couple days before that there were 2.

So the last person I spoke with about the pickup, who assured me that the driver would be prepared to take 2 packages, was confused as he thought he was to only pick up 1 package and if I was not at home he would not have known which package to have taken... 5 stars because he did take both packages after I explained to him that I could not fit all the items into 1 package.

There rep who assured me that I did not have to be home and that both packages would be picked up lied and this situation should be brought to her attention. Again, good thing I was home.
