Amazon uses USPS to deliver packages. On July 10, 2017 USPS tracking (on Amazon site) shows 2 packages delivered that morning.

No package. I called USPS uhhh how many times before I could actually speak to someone. I was told it was delivered to another street address that had my same house # (???). Then I was told a substitute carrier was used but now on vacation.

Miraculously one of the 2 packages shows up 2 days later. Now it's been a month and still no answers about my missing package, just a lot of "we'll look in to it..." They could care less.

Why is it so difficult to contact Amazon directly? Pitiful business practice to not care about your customers!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $30.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Amazon can't do anything about the post office's stupidity. And I've never had trouble contacting their customer service.

If you try to do it by phone it will take forever as they are busy.

I would suggest sending in the request via the online form. I've never waited more than 24 hours through there.
