Amazon uses USPS to deliver packages.On July 10, 2017 USPS tracking (on Amazon site) shows 2 packages delivered that morning.
No package. I called USPS uhhh how many times before I could actually speak to someone. I was told it was delivered to another street address that had my same house # (???). Then I was told a substitute carrier was used but now on vacation.
Miraculously one of the 2 packages shows up 2 days later. Now it's been a month and still no answers about my missing package, just a lot of "we'll look in to it..." They could care less.
Why is it so difficult to contact Amazon directly?Pitiful business practice to not care about your customers!
