Amazon claims that Qlink Wireless is responsible for the package. And of course Qlink Wireless claims that the package was delivered by Amazon Logistics Delivery Service but the tracking number provided by swiship.com does show that the package was delivered on December 27th but no one knows who actually delivered it or willing to claim responsibility for the missing package.

And when I call Qlink Wireless I get a customer service representative from INDIA NOT THE USA. WHAT HAPPENED TO AMERICAN REPRESENTATIVES. DID THEY ALL QUIT DUE TO COVID 19I WANT EITHER THE MISSING PACKAGE FOUND REPLACED OR MY MONEY REFUNDED.

That's not too much to ask yet QLINK WIRELESS DENIES ANY WRONG DOING. THEY SIMPLY WANT TO BLAME AMAZON LOGISTICS DELIVERY FOR THIS ISSUE

Amazon Logistics claims that they delivered my package at 2:37pm on 27 DEC 2021 yet there was no package on my porch or in my mailbox. Now they can't find it with the tracking number

User's recommendation: Don't use Amazon Logistics for any Q Link deliveries.

Monetary Loss: $25.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Amazon Cons: Claimed package was delivered but it is not delivered.
