after staying home 3 days to accept delivery, Amazon accepted the cancellation and promised us a full refund. However then Amazon then decided to charge us $500 restocking fee (this was requested by Amazon's subcontractor).

We received several nasty and stupid e-mails from Amazon's subcontractor - a company called Aim to find. Aim to find blamed us for not receiving the grill on time and told us we had to call the trucking company, which we couldn't do since we didn't know who the trucking company was) We are still fighting them and if anyone wants to join us in a class action suit against Amazon we will be happy to join forces.

We will never buy anything from Amazon that is handled by a subcontractor. We also have reduced our buying from Amazon a lot.
