First of all Ive been a very satisfied Amazon Customer for several years and have purchased thousands of dollars worth of products froth Amazon.

I also have Amazon Prime and being charged monthly for it.

I am 81 years old.

I have been using my Amazon card to make purchases and I misplaced it so I dont have that card information however I do recall a couple of the last 4 numbers as being 33..

Somehow I got locked out of my account and your customer service cannot seem to unblock my account because I cannot answer my card information and all of the questions your system generates.

I hope someone can help me to restore my Amazon account.If not please stop charging me for my Prime membership and tell me how to solve this issue and how to get my account reactivated.
