I had placed an (dell laptop) order 103-1253225-4398657 on Amazon on 1st of october costed me around 62250 INR ($948)
and its been 23 days, I have not received my product and I was told by
customer care executive named "Ajit K." that If I have not recieved
the product by 15 october I will get my refund and they put my account
on hold so that I could not even raise a refund complaint. they never
told me why they put my account on hold and they asked me to send a
fax copy of my debit card I sent the same 5 times and again they asked
me to send the fax copy of my debit card's statement as according to
them the information they needed it was not there on my billing
statement but matter of fact It did had all the information like (
BILLING NAME, BILLING ADDRESS,BILLING CONTACT NUMBER) I do not know
how many times do I need to fax them. I have been contacting
amazon.com customer service since 6 days they keep on telling that an
Account Specialist will contact you withing 24 hours as we are not
able to help you out as your account is on hold, so this account
specialist keep asking me to fax him my billing statement and I have
been faxing him again and again, and again and again he's sending me a
mail that "YOUR FAX DID NOT CONTAIN THE INFORMATION WE NEEDED, however
it did had all the information and even today MY BANK HAS FAX ALL THE
DETAILS LIKE NAME ADDRESS EMAIL ID CONTACT NUMBER FOR ACCOUNT
VERIFICATION ALONG WITH DEBIT CARD BILLING STATEMENT I can send you
the JPEG file if needed I'm not getting any solution of my problem and
as it has been 18 days now I dont need the product I just need my
money back! please help me out! as this is mentally torturing me I'm
not able to concentrate on studies as my exams going on please help!

its like I'm begging for my own money
They told me very clearly the will not refund me my money until my amazon account get released from hold but matter of fact they intentionally not removing the hold from my account and I told them that take my amazon account I dont want to use it and I will never use it in future just give me my money back. please help me out!
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $948.
I didn't like: Pathetic, No human touch in conversation, Customers get tortured.
