It was a horrible experience with Amazon's customer service.

The first person I spoke to was trying to be helpful, but he wasn't, or he couldn't.

So he transferred me to another person, his name that appeared in the email he sent me is (Noel P.).

This person was really horrible, he was so abrupt and so impatient and the way he talked he seemed like he had a bad temper.

At one point he said to me (Oh my God) with an impatient tone and attitude and at the end he said: "I provided you with everything I can, and I have spent so much time with you", then he just hung up on me.

This was unbelievable that I was speaking to an Amazon customer service.

I have never had a very bad experience with Amazon's customer service like this one.

I reached out to Amazon's customer service regarding a defective device I received.

The device is: UANAX Sonic Barking Deterrents Control Device,Ultrasonic Dog Bark Deterrent.

Details about the defective item are all shown in the video I uploaded, showing the defective device DOA (Dead On Arrival).

It cost me another $8.54 in shipping fees by my freight forwarding service.

Monetary Loss: $9.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Amazon Cons: Customer service is not avaialble your on your own.
