Third time I have been declined your service and no one can explain to me why. My Visa is good.

My mailing address is good.

For my billing address is wrong. Have asked you to change but you dont

User's recommendation: Persistent.

Preferred solution: Would like to speak with a person.

Once again, after speaking with an Amazon rep, My order has been declined. And again I have no reason why.

All 3 were told, by me, that the billing address is wrong and that, on your end, that they would change it, but of course it hasn’t been changed. The billing address should not be sent to Rachael Brash. The billing address should be sent to me, David Bymoen. All reps said they would change this but it hasn’t been done.

I have no clue if this has anything to do with my being declined.

Would you please make sure that on the billing address, would you erase Rachael Brash, and her address, and put my name and address on it? This whole matter is really getting old.
