I finally got my money back after four weeks waiting. whether the delay was caused by my bank or by amazon is still an unanswered question

I was shopping at amazon.com and when I went to check out a little window came up and said get free shipping with amazon prime
so I clicked it well it signed me up and took 127.00 from my bank account before I ever knew what was happening I had the one click check out thing turned on and I sure never wanted to pay for amazon prime I just wanted the free trial well I went to their support page and cancelled the new prime membership and was told I would get a refund in 3 to 5 days well after many contacts with amazon and numerous contacts with my bank it has been thirteen days and still no refund all amazon says is we reimbursed it but I have checked everyday with my bank and still no refund
now the only response I get when I talk to amazon they say contact the bank and when I contact the bank they say contact amazon. I am caught in a vicious circle and no refund is in sight
