Amazon review in Wadsworth, Ohio: $ 1.80 I-pad sticker froze my button on I-Pad,
I purchased a flower stick on flower for I-pad , it froze my on -off button on my I-pad now causing me to not be able to use the button, the glue or whatever they use froze up my I-Pad button. Very, very upset , I DO NOT WANT A REPLACEMENT, I never wanna see this thing again.my I-pad is my right arm, I use it for work. I would never thought this sorta thing would ever happen , but it did. And I'm not happy, it was fine before I stuck on this pen flower. I feel they should fix my I-pad or replace it. I seem to get no response from this company, except they will replace it, why the *** would I want another one of them. I've been a Amazone customer for some time now, ALWAYS been happy with any issues that arise. But this one takes the cake. Please help me resolve this issue. You have always been good about fixing any issues that arise, thank you JEANNE EVANS. firstname.lastname@example.org Phone: 330-331-7888
As a seller, I sold a Used Like New Playstation 4 in pristine condition to a buyer. After six weeks with the product, the buyer complained that he "thought he was buying a new product and it looked like it had been used". The listing was CLEARLY for a Used item. ...

Amazon review in Columbus, Ohio: A to Z Gaurantee does nothing for Christmas Presents!
As the busy shopping season dawned upon us in November, I decided to purchase a present for my kid nephew early in November to avoid extra shipping costs to receive the item by Christmas. So I purchased a $90 aquadoodle Thomas Train set and received it November 11th. Great, I thought! I had it all wrapped and under the tree come December. We opened the gift on Christmas day 12/25/12. My 2 year old nephew was excited and wanted to play with it immediately. We hurried to put the batteries in and begin playing the this toy that you draw a train track and this thomas train follows. So the batteries went in the train and bam! Train moves in circles. This isn't right, ,I thought. I fiddled with the train to find out the entire left side wheels do not move. Changed batteries three times and again same thing. Well, I thought this is awful of me but I have to take it back, I tell my dear nephew, but I promise to give you a new one that works. After some tears he agreed. I contacted Amazon seller, 911Drugstore. After 8 days and three more attempts to contact I decided to call Amazon customer service for help. The customer service rep named Kim, was so understanding. I began to feel confident that I would not be ripped off as a consumer. She helped file an A to Z claim. This is where things went so very wrong and I say SHAME ON YOU AMAZON!! The claim department responded within 24 hours (yea!) unfortunately telling me they will close my claim because I did not contact the seller within 14 days. Well in my claim, as written by an Amazon customer service representative herself, it stated that this was a Christmas gift so it was not opened until after 14days. Clearly, this claim department did not care, but did say the seller would agree to return the item, provided I pay shipping. I responded asking where's my protection here if you've cancelled my claim? And received another harsh email stating my claim is closed it's past 14days. How awful of a company to not listen to consumers and side with a seller that clearly does not want to take any responsibility for this quite expensive purchase! What happened to understanding that some amazon purchases are Christmas gifts and may not have been opened within 14 days of purchase? So Amazon claims this: Holiday Returns Policy Items shipped by Amazon.com between November 1, 2012 and December 31, 2012, may be returned until January 31, 2013, for a full refund, subject to our other return guidelines listed below. I meet all return guidelines listed too. So, THIS IS FALSE!!! BUYER BE WARE!!!!! This A to Z claim was closed telling me past 14 days but then Amazon posts this holiday return policy! Does this make sense? I've been ripped off completely and to make matters worse my poor nephew had a toy taken away that I cannot replace!

Amazon review in Euclid, Ohio: Unfairly closed my gf account
Here's the story : I've helped my girlfriend set up her account so she can sell her inventory on Amazon. I don't have anything linked to her account : no bank account, no credit card, no personal information... What I didn't know was the fact that you can't have 2 sellers accounts. I've been on her account after going on mine (to print receipts because she doesn't have a printer) and that brought attention from Amazon. They sent me email to ask that I close HER account which is ridiculous because it isn't mine. Now, they blocked her account and suspended her funds because they suspect me of having 2 accounts. I've tried to reach them, but they've been somewhat not human. They told us they would keep the 2 accounts opened, but finally, they decided to close her account. Again, I do not profit from her account. What should I do? Amazon does not respond to my email anymore and they don't want to provide me information about why they finally closed her account. I did not expect this lack of cooperation from a corporation like Amazon. All my attempts to communicate fall on deaf ears; I get copy-and-paste responses that's all. Aside from Amazon rules, what in the world is wrong with having 2 accounts? We're all adults; what's wrong with opening accounts in each family member name? It's very common on eBay and any other online selling site. Amazon thinks they're gods. SUCKS.
Amazon.com unwilling to fulfill an order
I ordered a watch from Amazon on 19 October which was shipped on 20 October. This watch cost me $881 and I never received it. I have sent several inquiries into refund/replacement and keep getting the same response... wiat until such and such date. It is now over a month that Amazon has had my money but I still have not received either the watch I ordered, a replacement or a refund for my order. I keep getting the response that they don't want to refund/replace because I may have to return a shipment if the original where to happen to arrive. The most aggravating point of this whole thing is, I have received six different shipments from Amazon on orders that were all placed AFTER I ordered this watch.
Screwed by Amazon
I am very angry. I sold an item that fit into two large boxes. Amazon allotted me $20 for shipping.. that seemed low, but I guess they knew what they were doing.. (NOT!!!!) The two boxes cost $130.00 and when I filled in the shipping info.. there was room for only ONE box.. although I listed the additional info on the note section. I filed to get this resolved with Amazon.. They took a huge chunk of change for their fees.. and left me $110 out of cash.. (Man, I am beginning to serioiusly HATE Amazon..) Guess what I get back? NOTHING! I have filed again to address my forced $20 and the number of boxes... and they are ignoring me! I have been so screwed! I am out $130 at the holidays.. Amazon is ignoring me, and I have written to the buyer to explain that two boxes are arriving.. and the tracking numbers. So far.. not even the buyer is commenting. I am beginning to feel extremely vulnerable... like I am out shipping money, and now I am thinking.. "Did I get hacked on the sale?"
Got screwed by Amazon
Amazon has closed my seller account and is holding over $9000 of my money because they said that I did not fulfill my orders in a timely manner. The fact of the matter is that I ran out of cash flow to purchase the product that the last 7 customers ordered from me for this simple reason.....Amazon did not disperse MY MONEY to MY BANK ACCOUNT on October 26th as my back office stated. Suddenly the date was moved to Nov 3rd on October 26th. I had to reimburse the final seven customer orders their money because of this and my sudden lack of cash flow to fulfill these orders. I have 100% feedback of over 100 orders and all of my customers have been satisfied up till now. Please can someone help me out here. Amazon has shut me out and is going to hold my money for 90 days. I am a good seller for God's sake and find this a horrible way to be treated by this company. Domenic Cerasi of PA. email@example.com
Got kicked out of selling on Amazon
After not being able to secure a teaching job due to work related problems, I turned to sales. I've been selling items through mailorder for years selling DVD's and used video games, and have never had issues apart from the PO destroying a package and refusing to take responsibility. I have sold on Amazon for years, and just got kicked out of selling because of an unfair negative feedback. A new customer to Amazon made her first purchase with me, and I refunded her entire order because I noticed the movie she ordered was a promo disc. I sent her a detailed message as to why I refunded her order. She asked me several questions about how her money would be refunded to her credit card, and I explained every step of this in plain English to her. When she was assured that her credit card had not lost her $8, she then promptly left me negative feedback (including poor customer service, no communication, and poor shipping time). Amazon upholds her right to leave unfair feedback, and I could do nothing about this. The final straw: because the item turned out to be a promo disc, I was banned from selling because promotional items are not for sale. End of Story, and end of my relationship selling on Amazon. SERIOUSLY??? I refunded this customer's entire purchase because I didn't realize the item was a promo when I stocked it, and once I caught the mistake, I had no intention of selling it, otherwise I would have sent her the %$&$ disc and she never would known the difference. But now I am banned because I tried to stop the sell of a promo disc and gave this customer all of her money back? As of right now, I am still within the window of delivery for that transaction, but yet she leaves me poor feedback for shipping time? I answered every question she had through Amazon messaging, but she leaves me poor feedback for communication? I gave her a complete and instant refund, but she leaves me poor feedback for customer service? Amazon obviously does not care about small business sellers. I do this for a living, I feed family of three, and now this. I am devastated, and this is to put it nicely.

Amazon and their partner vendor Discount Jungle ADVERTISED NEW ITEM, BUT SENT REFURBISHED
We ordered a Remington Razor advertised as NEW. Amazon's vendor DiscountJungle.com sent a Factory Serviced unit. This is illegal in Ohio. Discount Jungle Reviews on Google show many complaints where NEW merchandise advertised but Refurbished shipped. Amazon would not respond as to why Amazon allowed this to continue without stopping this for all of their customers, though they refunded me. If this happens to you, please contact the Attorney General's Office for the State of Washington where Amazon is located, or contact me. Amazon is a good company, but with a weak tolerance for correcting bait and switch patterns that are brought to their attention. So let's help change this for Amazon and keep the internet fair and honest. Joe Bush firstname.lastname@example.org"
