There is a scam going around where scammers in China are sending packages to people with little items in it. I forget what the purpose of it is, but it has been in the new lately.

Do a search for this scam---unsolicited packages, etc. Bottom line, however is that if you didn't order a package delivered to you, you are not responsible for paying for it and can do with it as you wish---and especially not have to pay for it if someone sends you a bill. You didn't say what the packages contained, but you also might want to make sure your credit or debit card is not being charged for things you didn't authorize.

If your card(s) are compromised, that would be a problem, so check all your cards and bank accounts to ensure you are not the victim of some type of fraud. Good luck and don't worry about the packages unless someone has access to your card info, etc.

Bought two kindle fires 7 for grandkids in December 2016 grandson loved it played on it every day the device seemed to have a little trouble with charging port but assumed that was do to kid proof case read a lot of complaints about this case now seven months later tablet won't charge at all contacted Amazon was told this tablet only has 90 day warranty told them thats bull I have purchased six fire tablets over the six years I've shopped on amazon and they all had one year warranty s was told well this one only has 90 days wth the money I have spent on their products is high the look on my three year old grandsons face is heartbreaking because it is broke did some research and it seems a lot of fire tablets are having port problems Amazon you need to stand by your products shame on you you make billions and back up your products I was offered a 20 percent discount on buying a new one wow very generous of you .as you cant tell I'm very disappointed in Amazon and so is my grandson Amazon you suck consumers watch what you buy be warned ,Marygrace DeSmith long time Amazon customer no more

This is a multi billion dollar company that makes promises and guarantees that they have no intention on keeping. They enter into a contract with a customer to guarantee/promise something to their customers that they have no intention of following through on. They have no trouble taking your money but they have no follow though and proceed to pass the blame on to others and act like it's a big joke and the customer is the punchline when they contact them about it. This is a sign of how very low the country has sunk when wel allow this company to operate at such a low level of competence and such deplorable ethics.

Two different items form two different orders are not delivered. I call them 2 days past promised delivery. After 15 minutes on the phone they are still checking on things. I tell them to send me an email on what they find out. I get an email saying they are refunding both of my purchases. Both are about $10. I thought that meant they were still sending them. Now it is 4 days passed promised delivery. I call back again, another 20 minutes on the phone and am finally told it is lost I need to reorder. Over a half hour on the phone, 6 days since order was placed and now they say they are sorry and I need to reorder. Why didn't I save time and just drive to a store in the first place? Amazon Prime is worthless!

I ordered 2 phone cases and paid for 2 day shipping. The cases never showed up. So of course I contact Amazon and ask where my stuff is. Instead of a reply they throw my money back to me and I've tried to contact them 3 times with no response. It's been almost 2 weeks and Amazon has yet to respond about this. I didn't want a refund I just wanted my phone cases. Worst service ever. Definitely taking my business to Overstock from now on.

I am a seller of books on Amazon. For over a month now, the Title of the books disappear with each page of the process. It is very important to know the Title (as Amazon has it listed) so that I may categorize it accordingly (Alphabetical order - "The Book" vs "Book"). The Titles do vary sometimes. I must wait until "it" shows up in my Amazon Inventory to be sure of the EXACT TITLE. This is so aggravating (not to mention time consuming) & I have continued to make them aware of this PROBLEM. I've gotten many IGNORANT responses from the so called tech's but finally received a decent response. I am told "the tech's are working on this ERROR" but I have give up believing such nonsense because instead of FIXING EXISTING PROBLEMS, they are busy changing the layout of pages UNNECESSARILY. I've asked them "How many customers have you lost lately & how many are you willing to lose". I AM READY TO QUIT AMAZON COMPLETELY.

Neither Amazon or Hirts Nursery can figure out what their return/refund policy is on dead plants. I ordered and then received ten 4" Boston Ivy plants that where delivered over 2 wks. ago. Upon delivery I promptly opened the box and the potted 4" plants looked... weak. I planted and watered the plants the same day, there where no return instructions or planting instructions with the shipment. Four days later the plants where dead. I called Amazon told them about my problem -Amazon said that they would contact Hirts and Hirts, would have 2 days to reply/respond to the problem (turns out Hirts did not). Almost 2 wks. later and 4 more phone calls (of which I was told 3 times there would be a replacement of product or refund) I discarded the shipping box and 10 planting pots. AS OF TODAY Amazon changed their position- Amazon told me I HAD to now dig up the 10 dead plants and ship them back to Hirts- and see if I could get a refund from Hirts. When I checked Hirts web site (which is a Co. Amazon is representing ) Hirts has NO return policy posted under returns. See: hirts.com After all the time and inconvenience this has cost me I would have been better off going to Home Depot Wal-Mart Sears etc. Where the employs can clearly speak to you, and tell you what the policy is.
