I already don't like it when there is a technical difficulty and in spite of my having reception when I'm on the Amazon app sometimes I get a picture of a dog that says either no internet or something went wrong on Amazon's end. I'm letting you know right now I don't like dogs and I don't like anybody that likes dogs you've just lost a customer
I I demand that the connectivity problems on your end get corrected and I further demand that those images of those dogs get removed my thing is that I would rather get in all caps bold font the word no I can't access it right now and I'll have to come back later I already don't like the cutezy stuff when there is a technical difficulty.
And then every time I hit try again another image of another dog with the same message and I am offended by the very sight of dogs they're dangerous they're disgusting They make me think about *** cuz that's the only thing they're good for now I want those doggie images gone now
Furthermore this is the 21st century. So whatever is going on with your server had better get corrected we should be well past the stuff by now That's all I got to say
User's recommendation: There are people like me who take offense to dogs. They are nasty monsters and so are their owners. Moreover, we all need to demand more integrity with computers, servers and websites. This is unacceptable. I add that if you get an error message that tries to make it sound cute, don't fall for it. Don't let these companies placate that way.
Preferred solution: Fix your website. I don't want any of the cutezy stuff trying to placate tech issues.Get rid of the doggy images save it for pet products.
Amazon Cons: Not resolving the problem and non answerable to the customer.
