Back the product should deliver but not yet I received .message got me ur order has delivered

Product or Service Mentioned: Amazon Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $400.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Amazon Cons: Amzl delivery, Terrible delivery service.

Hi. Have you tried going onto your order page and selecting item not received?

Then follow the prompts. Sometimes you have to select a link about having order issues before you can select Item Not Received. If you purchased from a merchant that fulfilled your order themselves, then you can ALSO contact the seller (anything listed as fulfilled by Amazon has to be handled through Amazon).

I've noticed that you have to message the seller directly as Amazon does NOT tell the seller if you use seller feedback or product reviews. Hope this helps!
