Placed an order on the Thursday should have got the delivery on Saturday, instead I got a message saying that it was running late and it might not arrive Saturday. So I phoned customer service up to find out what was going on.

They stated I would get the delivery Sunday. That came and I got another message to say it was lost. So Monday I again phoned them. They said that they would put a new order in despite them losing the item.

They said it would now be Wednesday. No again the item will not be arriving due to lost goods in transit.

Now it will be tomorrow. We will see, perhaps 3rd time lucky go somewhere else if you need a item within a couple of days.
