I was hung up on 4 times. I called Netflix & went through all of the apps.
They ALL SAID TO CALL AMAZON. After being hung up on 4 times I finally got a Customer Service Rep to admit that the problem was coming from Amazon I went to the Settings and was told that the error code was 1061. Amazon takes money from my bank account for 3 different things (prime, Digital & something else if I am not mistaken. I am 75 years young & get up @ 4;30 every week day for WORK.
When I come HOME I CAN'T RELAX AND WATCH WHAT I PAY FOR. ON THE PHONE 3 1/2 HOURS. HUNG UP ON 4 TIMES. THE PHONE NUMBERS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE DON'T WORK.
PHONE RINGS ONCE THEN DISCONNECTS. TODAY IS 12/07/2021 WITH NO SERVICE.
YOU OWE ME !!!!!! MY NAME IS TONI YAGER AS MUCH MONEY AS AMAZON MAKES YOU SHOULD TREAT YOUR CASH COWS BETTER.
