I called Amazon on the 17th to say that they were not delivered as noted on my account.
After speaking with 2 people I was told that they were shipped from outside company and it was an error on Amazon part that makes delivered when it wasnt delivered.
I was told it rarely happens but the delivery person had made a mistake marking it delivered when it wasnt
I was told that they checked with the company and they would still be coming on the 26th of December.
The next thing I received is an e-mail today saying you are refunding my account.
Thats all fine and good but I still need the litter.
And now the price has tripled.
Im very unset.
I bought the whole system and now cant get the litter pellets at a reasonable price.
It requires a specific pellets
I bought 2 systems
So I will be sending the second system back
that I bought
