I purchased a micromax x088 mobile from amazon. The product was faulty - poor reception and transmission.
I requested for replacement. The product was replaced at zero cost. The replaced mobile was also faulty. Poor reception poor transmission.
I asked for a refund. The product is being taken back at zero refund cost on the ground that product was replaced free of cost. The refund amount should be Rs. 937 - the original amount paid, which has been taken away by amazon.
The product is scheduled to be picked up on 15th November 2015. Please make sure that i am assured of refund of Rs. 937 before the product is picked up.
