I purchased an item and the price dropped by 56 dollars (about 25%) before the item arrived.I asked for a refund and was told it was to late they only refund on TV's.

I was told I could return the item and purchase the item at the discounted price.this is NONSENSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHY should i send it back and then order it again?

just a lot of costs!they just don't give a sXXt about there customers and have customer service people from INDIA (just a guess) what also give a *** about customer service.

This person wrote the review because of pricing issue of amazon customer care from Amazon. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $50 and wants Amazon to issue a partial refund.

The most disappointing in user's experience was refund policy. Author liked the most ease of purchasing. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
