I purchased an item and the price dropped by 56 dollars (about 25%) before the item arrived.I asked for a refund and was told it was to late they only refund on TV's.

I was told I could return the item and purchase the item at the discounted price. this is NONSENSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHY should i send it back and then order it again?

just a lot of costs! they just don't give a sXXt about there customers and have customer service people from INDIA (just a guess) what also give a *** about customer service.
