I bought Adidas shoe on Feb 12 2018 to ship to Malaysia. On Feb 13 2018, I decided to cancel due to wrongly purchase.

However, there is no refund till today i.e. March 8 2018. There is no email or notification to share refund status by Amazon.

On March 5 & 6, I wrote comments in Amazon.Com to share my unhappiness on the service provided by Amazon. However, Amazon highlighted my message disqualified to be published due to complain and also ban me for posting complain further.

I have no issue with Amazon on all my purchases last time.

It seems lately Amazon's service has deteriorating and getting worse.

The most I hate is it becomes so arrogance that it provides NO response to customers' complain. Amazon.COM, please assist my complain if you still want me as your customer.

Product or Service Mentioned: Adidas Sneakers.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Amazon Cons: Because no refund update status to customer.
