I have been an amazon customer since theyvopened and i used to be happy with their service.Over the last year I have had more problems with amazon than ebay.

Prime 2 day shipping now takes up to a week for items that are in stock. I recieved an empty padded envelope today from amazon I called customer service and got someone who hardly speaks english.

Out of my last 3 orders not one was on time and only one was actually correct.I will be cancelling my prime membership due to the horrible customer service and lack of explaination for randomly canceled orders that were in stock when ordered.
