Amazon - No honor
Agent provided a resolution that was not asked for on 8/13 day of delivery -Logistics didnt know what happened to packages eventhough they were supposedly in transit. Agent offered refund and for consumer to keep products when delivered on 8/14 called talked with a "Leadership rep Ashley" that simply stated, "agent messed up nothing i can do for you we will coach her" she also sighed while i expressed my disappointment. No honor.
