I started out just trying to find what two Prime video charges were on my CC. There just was no way to do it using drop downs or search. I called and spoke with a Amazon customer service person and they directed me but there was no info available. Why is it so hard to identify video rental charge's?

After 45 furstrating minutes I decided to critique the obtuse effort and let the company know.

Unbelievably, Amazon will only let you comment on a product experience. There are no options to say anything about your Amazon Inc experience!

I assume they just do not want to know or think they can do no wrong (or good).
