My boss ordered goods from Amazon website on 1st Feb 2022 until he received an email from Amazon regarding refund money with the reason that your local carrier failed to deliver the parcels, but we never received either email or phone call from your local carrier regarding the delivery. Our office is located in the big building and mid of Bangkok, and the building is fully operational whether it is Covid-19 disease situation.

Did your local carrier contact us? My boss never has any problem of any order from other website.
