don't deal with amazon after they were charging for a returned item

and were incapable of understanding their own paperwork,now they are charging us for free time wich we never had or used,when we called we got nowhere,with chase's assistance they said they would close their imaginary account and stop charging,guess what the next month the charge was ther again.thanks to chase they no longer can.there are a lot of places out there that are much easier to deal with.amazon is truly not amazing. the only company i ever had the misfortune of dealing with that was as bad or worse was worx and that was because they don't have customer service.
